| Q: How long does it take to ship an order after it's placed? A: With standard $10 shipping, orders received by 12:00pm CST are processed and shipped the same day, if in stock. For orders received after 12:00pm CST, items are sent no later than the next business day. If the item must be made in a different size or with a different gemstone, then the order usually ships within 10 business days. Most orders are sent USPS Priority mail with insurance, with overnight available for an extra $10. Q: I like one of the rings on your site, but want a different gem in it. Can you change it for me? A: Absolutely. We stock a wide range of gems for most of our designs and are happy to work with you to build the perfect piece. Please contact us if you have questions about a particular stone. Q: Do you ever run sales? A: When we decide to retire a design, we will reduce the price for any remaining inventory of that piece by as much as 50%. This happens only once a year, generally in the early spring. Q: Can your jewelry be shipped overseas? A: At this time, we are not able to process overseas orders online. But, please contact us with specifics, and we will try to accommodate you. Q: Can you giftwrap my order? A: Yes, though most customers want to see the piece before the gift recipient does! All our jewelry comes with a red velvet pouch for storage and a polishing cloth to keep it looking great, but for gift purchases we also offer a red and gold presentation box at no extra charge. Q: Do you take custom orders? A: We will alter most of our pieces within reason, such as changing stones or metals, but we don't take custom orders for new designs. Because most towns have at least one good local jeweler to make custom pieces, we would recommend you work with someone face-to-face to create an original design for you. |
